2. Products & Orders

• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and images. Slight variations in component appearance may occur.
• Once an order is placed and confirmed, we begin processing it for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within India only.
• Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Shipping delays due to logistics providers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, but we will keep you informed.

4. Returns & Refunds

• If your kit arrives with damaged or missing components, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@techsagelabs.com with photos of the issue.
• We will replace damaged components or, at our discretion, offer a full refund.
• Due to the nature of electronic components, we cannot accept returns of opened kits unless the product is defective.

5. Educational Content

Tutorials, project guides, and video content provided with our kits are for personal educational use only. Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use of our educational content without written permission is prohibited.

6. Safety & Responsibility

• Our kits are designed for educational purposes. Users should follow all provided instructions carefully.
• Adult supervision is recommended for users under 14 years of age.
• TechSage Labs is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse of our products outside the scope of provided instructions.

7. Intellectual Property
